Mark Michaud - Principal
Mark is a business and technology strategist with 15+ years of experience leading organizational innovation to achieve business goals. With a background that includes marketing, technology leadership, and business strategy roles he brings a breadth of experience that allows him to work seamlessly across all facets of an organization. His ability to identify root causes and common goals allows him to build consensus and break through complexity, whether technical or organizational.
His work includes transitioning clients to remote work environment scenarios; identifying cyber security risks and solutions; leading the development of an award-winning mobile application; and developing brand strategy, positioning and pitch materials for a healthcare technology start up.
Mark received a Masters of Science in Information Systems and a MBA from Boston University. He is a regular guest lecturer for MBA-level Strategic Management classes at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
